Shipping & Return

• Shipments will be made from Monday to Friday

• If your piece is in stock we will send it once we receive the order

• If your piece is by order the shipping times may vary depending on the piece to be made

• Will inform you by email of the completion and waiting times by order

• If any pieces arrives broken, on the same day of receipt send us a photograph and please do not manipulate or throw away any of the elements that are inside the package, then consult our return policy.​                                                                

• At época we only make returns if the piece has arrived broken

• Inform us the same day you received the package 

• Send us a photograph of the broken piece by email to epoca@epocaceramic.com

• Once we have confirmed your order number and your information, we will proceed to refund the money

• The price of shipments varies from the location, the weight of the parts and their volume.

  Therefore you will find that depending on your location and the number of parts you choose, the price varies.

• This lamp is made of ceramic, try to be careful, any blow can cause breakage in the piece.
• It is an electrical appliance, keep away from moisture
• Do not turn on the lamp if you are barefoot and wet
• Not suitable for outdoor use
• Keeping out of reach of children and dogs, biting or sucking on the cable or plug is dangerous
